The place is pleasant and has unbeatable location in the restaurant which was lovely too. Polite hotel staff in all areas, everything was great. Fairly quiet and sumptuous rooms complete with workouts -clean-available towels, the fridge, for example.

The place was peaceful and absolutely fantastic and the staff were courteous, the location was unbeatable close enough to the city center. The service was efficient, I had 1 relaxing nights here. Relaxed by the pool, it was great, especially when the weather was wonderful.

spotless and sumptuous rooms with plentiful hot water, decent staff. very very good building, peaceful location close to a beautiful good sized garden and pamplona, biarritz. nearby bar batxuri - great place to chill out.

The attention to detail is apparent, from the beautiful garden with fresh raspberries to pick, to the abundance of flowers throughout the spacious back yard. The hotel's location may be a bit outside of town, but it provides a tranquil and secluded atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are provided, making for a comfortable stay.
The hotel could benefit from some minor improvements.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an iron/ironing board, a work desk and satellite TV in the queen room. As for me, the location was great and perfect, near to the city center, the pretty garden, and an industrial area.

The venue was set in the central position near to a coffee shop nearby, and peaceful gardens. The hotel was clean, had very amiable and competent staff with flexible managers aiming to please customers.

I had an amazing stay at a centrally located hotel. The staff welcomed us warmly, noticing our tiredness and making the check-in process quick. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic bathroom with a separate shower. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. I had a wonderful overnight stay.

Convenient location near the motorway with excellent service. Comfortable, ground-floor room for easy access with a small dog. Friendly staff and beautiful lit gardens with secure parking. Enjoyable outdoor dining and delicious cuisine. Lovely pool, gym, and breakfast buffet. Close to a nice beach and cozy city center.
